1. Choose Image

Upload one image containing multiple similar sprites, frames, or character variations.

2. Detection Mode

Use Gemini when boundaries are unclear. Hybrid runs Gemini first, then falls back to local detection if needed.

3. Gemini Settings

Your API key stays in the browser session only. The image is sent to Google only when Gemini or Hybrid mode runs. Local mode stays browser-only.

4. Local Detection Settings

These tune the browser splitter and the heuristic fallback. On the first Local run, the free model may take a moment to download.
